Princesse Lou warrants the 925 Sterling Silver Collection for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or inapropriate use or the use of products not manufactured by Princesse Lou (jewel broken by shock, deterioration due to contact with a detergent, the scratches ...)

SILVER PLATED COLLECTION
Princesse Lou warrants the Silver Plated Collection for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. The warranty covers all that relates to the manufacture of jewelry: Clasp, threading, crimping notch desserties stones, molding, welding, screw. Differences between 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry and Silver Plated Jewelry:
Princesse Lou offers 925 sterling silver jewelry. Like all silver jewelry, they contain at least 92.5% pure silver, completed with 7.5% copper. This alloy of silver and copper is necessary because pure silver is too malleable for jewelry making.
